Research Behind Analemma
One of the things that makes Analemma particularly interesting is that the company has invested in research examining coherent water in humans as well as laboratory and plant/soil settings.
Here are some of the findings Analemma reports from its research:
Cellular Energy / ATP
In a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study involving 38 healthy adults, participants drank Analemma-treated water daily for two months.
According to Analemma, the group drinking Analemma water showed an average 20% increase in blood ATP levels compared with placebo.
ATP (adenosine triphosphate) is the primary energy-carrying molecule used by our cells, making this one of the more intriguing areas of Analemma's research.
Gut Microbiome
Analemma also conducted a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study involving 16 healthy adults who drank approximately 50 oz (1.5 L) of either Analemma-treated or placebo water daily for 100 days.
Analemma reports that the treated-water group experienced an average 16% improvement in the gut dysbiosis index compared with placebo.
They also reported that 88% of participants drinking Analemma water experienced at least some improvement in their dysbiosis score, compared with 38% in the placebo group.

Biological Age / GlycanAge
Another Analemma study followed 19 adults ages 29–76 who drank at least 1 liter of Analemma-treated water each day for 90 days.
Biological age was evaluated using GlycanAge testing, which analyzes glycan patterns associated with inflammatory and anti-inflammatory activity of the immune system.
Analemma reports that 17 of the 19 participants showed improvement, with an average measured biological-age reduction of 3.79 years. Some participants showed changes equivalent to as much as 12 years on the GlycanAge measurement.

Brainwave Research
Analemma has also conducted preliminary research examining the effects of coherent water on brainwave activity.
In a double-blind placebo-controlled twin case study, researchers measured brainwave coherence before and after drinking the water. Analemma reports an increase toward normal delta-wave coherence within approximately 10 minutes after drinking Analemma-treated water, while the placebo did not show the same apparent effect.
A separate case study followed a 68-year-old participant with abnormal waking delta activity. Analemma reports both immediate changes and gradual normalization of delta activity during 51 days of regular use.
These were small preliminary case studies, so they should not be interpreted in the same way as a large clinical trial, but the findings provide an interesting area for further research.

Biophoton Research
Analemma's earlier research has also investigated biophotons - extremely faint light emissions produced by living organisms.
Their plant research found changes in biophoton emissions after plants were exposed to Analemma-treated water. Analemma describes this research as part of the early work that led to the development and investigation of its coherent-water technology.

Plants & Soil
The research isn't limited to humans.
In a 2021 experiment, cherry tomato plants were watered with Analemma-treated water for four months. DNA sequencing of the soil showed significantly greater bacterial diversity in the treated soil.
Analemma also reports changes in the nitrogen cycle, including increased total nitrogen and greater availability of nitrogen to plants.

The Inlay is the hands-off option. You place it directly into your water pitcher or compatible filter reservoir and leave it there, allowing it to work while the water sits.
Personally, I love the Wand because of its versatility. I can use it for my own drinking water, larger containers, bath water, or hand it to someone else to use for their water. It's incredibly easy to take with you and use wherever you happen to be.
