This is a personalized session created to support you when something emotional, physical, or energetic is coming up and asking for attention.

In this session, I tune into your energy and do a head-to-toe scan, intuitively checking both the physical body and the emotional/energetic layers.

I look for imbalances, blocks, or areas that feel “stuck,” and then gently work to release what your system is ready to let go of. When it feels needed or relevant, I also explore the deeper “why” behind what’s showing up.

Once that’s complete, I test and remotely run Healy frequency programs specifically aligned to what your body needs most in this moment which will help support restoration, balance, and improved flow within your system (and your life) and the issue that's been coming up.

After your session, I'll send a follow-up email with insights into what was uncovered and anything that felt important to share from your session.

This is work I’ve done for years with close friends and family, and I’m now opening it up for those who feel they could benefit from this type of personalized support.

A Note from Claudia

With over 20 years of experience as an herbalist and holistic health practitioner, I’ve worked extensively with alternative therapies and natural approaches to healing.

At the same time, I’ve learned to trust and lean into an intuitive ability I’ve had since childhood - the ability to tune into the body in a way that goes beyond symptoms, allowing me to pick up on what’s happening beneath the surface and where the deeper reasons for the imbalances are coming from.

I often find that the deeper roots of imbalance are tied to unresolved emotions, old belief patterns, generational imprints, or cycles that haven’t fully moved through. I help bring those into awareness, support their release, and give you ways to continue that unfolding after the session via the follow up email.
