Simply Thymus is a thymus peptide that is amazing for strengthening and supporting the Thymus gland which, in turn, helps to strengthen and modulate the immune system - especially during the cold/flu or if one has a compromised immune system!

Most Thymus supplements include fillers or other organ ingredients but ours is only, and simply, Thymus powder.

Half to one teaspoon per day is all that's needed per dose.

A typical dose is 1 tsp. once a day. But start with ½ tsp. for several days before doing 1 tsp. per day. It can be taken twice a day when sick.

180 grams of ovine thymus will give you approximately 120, 1 tsp. servings or 240 ½ tsp servings. Take for 1-2 weeks and then take a 1-2 week break. Or use every other week.

(90 grams will give you half of the above amount.)

Mix into water, smoothies, soup, food, or encapsulate into capsules and take 1-2 capsules each day.
