This blend contains Melissa, Frankincense, Myrrh, Lavender, Lemon, Peppermint, Eucalyptus, Cinnamon, and Clove in a base of structured organic extra virgin olive oil. 

Ways to use this blend includes applying the blend to the entire spine up to the base of the skull and/or by applying this blend to the bottom of each foot. This blend can be used for preventative measures or during times of illness. 

Typical amount to use at one time is 5-10 drops per foot and/or spine.
